Hi there, I’m Iain Chalmers, a long time computer geek who’s been working on websites since 1995, starting out as a programmer and working through to web site strategy and project management on both small business sites and large corporate sites. My interests these days mainly revolve around working out how businesses (or business departments) work, how their customers will find them, and how to best develop websites to maximise business goals.
